Normalise case style #1293
Description
Currently we have a total mix of TitleCase, snake_case and camelCase for every kind of identifier (types, functions, etc.).
It would be good to get some consistency. Maybe we could add warnings to the compiler for names that don't follow whatever scheme we choose.
