Antora refactor branch

The RISC-V docs team has added a new branch to your GitHub repository called antora-refactor. This branch supports upcoming changes for Antora-based HTML hosting. This branch is strictly for infrastructure purposes and does not affect your current content or workflow.

To recap:

1. You may notice the branch in your repo, but no action is required on your part.
2. The changes in this branch may be merged into main in the future, but again, will not affect your content.
3. Please do not edit or delete the antora-refactor branch.
