ruamel yaml compose error #102
Description
``Hi,
I am trying to get coverage by running the coverage command from the doc. I got a ruamel yaml compose error as follows. Can anyone help me with this issue.
ruamel.yaml.composer.ComposerError: found undefined alias
I degraded my ruamel.yaml version to 17.40 from 18.6 suggested by someone from another issue, I am still getting the same error.
