Add example contract that traces all NFT fields

Similar to the `xrpl_std_example` (see [here](https://github.com/ripple/craft/blob/main/projects/xrpl_std_example/src/lib.rs)), we should create an additional example that traces all NFT fields to prove that Craft properly supports those fields.

This could also simply be an addition to the [nft_owner](https://github.com/ripple/craft/blob/main/projects/nft_owner/src/lib.rs) example.
