[Feature Request] Enable support for VS 2019 "Experimental Razor editor"

VS 2019 has a preview feature "Experimental Razor editor", which provides significant improvements for Blazor projects. 

Currently, when this is enabled, Glyphfriend stops working in all projects/pages (not just Blazor .razor).

It would be great if this can be updated to support the experimental editor, which likely will soon become the main editor.
