Record not opening in Pipedrive

My understanding is that the contact record should open up if we receive a call from someone with a match to the CID in our contacts. This isn't happening. I can get it to work once, but then nothing. I'm getting all sorts of errors in the Chrome "Manage Extensions" for this app. I'm not technical in this area and have no idea what these errors mean - if anything regarding my issue. Pipedrive is offering no help.

@bubblabu If not popup, could be contact not synced, you can check it by search the name it in contact list in widget, make sure turn of pipedrive filter, if can get result, then the contact not synced, you can try manully sync it by click reload contact button.

And you can ignore errors in extension console.
