So I make calls to customers every day. I got the list assigned from my manager each day/week, and the job is to make call to them and decide the next step for them.
So if I could just see my call list of "TODAY" in the phone, and just dial from there, that would be super! Even more, if I could put some customized disposition field and comment field in the call control page, I think I could just work with the integration for all the day!
