RingCentral x Pipedrive | Issues with browser navigation, calls being logged to wrong Pipedrive account.

Hi, I would like to raise some concerns from a customer:

• RingCentral - Browser Inconvenience, Desktop phone looking better, Prompting even though Phone is the default for calls
• Issues with browser navigation, and when we switch to the default phone app, it gives us pop up to ask what phone you would like to use any time.
• Ring Central - Hourly Updates, Ring Central Savings calls to wrong accounts.
• Screen pops zooming in and also bringing up wrong accounts.
• Calls being saved to wrong Pipedrive accounts.
• When the browser is refreshed during a call, the call drops.
• Is there a way for us to log phone calls automatically? Without having the need to click on "Log call" after every call?

@vaeg For Q3/Q4/Q5, calls will be logged to all matched numbers, callee or caller, if the situation is logged to wrong person without callee or caller number, we can have a meeting to check it.
For Q7, yes, you can turn it on from setting, you can check the video.

For Q1, not a quesion, I can not answer.
For Q2, @embbnux Can you confirm this?
For Q6, Yes, this is not good user experience, I will add a confirm when user calling.

For Q7, even if it's set to log calls/messages automatically, it will still need to click "Log to Pipedrive"

Hi @vaeg, can you show screenshot of Q2. Do it mean you are using RingCentral Phone Desktop app with this widget?
