Added a more detailed README.md

This current readme for the project only shows the title and the generated images.

I would like the README.md to have the following:

• A more detailed description of the project.
• A detailed description of how this project works including a brief explanation of U-Nets and the approach I have used for this project(you may need to read the code and the research paper this project is based on)
• Add examples of where is kind of project can be used.

Here is the original paper this project was based on.
You may use additional graphics or images to make the README.md better 🙂
