[Central_v2] - Design Critique - c14 - Priority - P4 #1659

Description

Describe the bug
THIS IS NOT A BUG, but a design critique as someone who did not work through Central's design process. Devs followed the existing designs accurately, the purpose of this issue is to raise awareness.

For the "Forgot your password?" user flow, after you click the button to "Send Reset Link" there is no user feedback (besides the button clicking). As a user, I expected a message that would tell me the link was sent successfully to my email and instruct me to find it, OR it should notify the user the email is not associated with an account. As a result, I spammed the button and got 2 emails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. From Central, click on "Login"
  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Type in any email
  4. Click "Send Reset Link"

Expected behavior
User feedback relating to the email that was inputted.
