Describe the bug
While creating a new account, not entering a proper email will result in an "Error Signing Up" pop-up message without using the error UI to point out the email input area. Devs followed existing designs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. From Central, click on "Sign Up"
2. Enter the following information:

4. Click "Next Step"

Expected behavior
This is an identifiable error. Similar to other text input fields, we should utilize our error UI for email entry.
