Setup Linting

Compile a baseline set of linter configurations for TSLint and publish them to the repo.
Should be reviewed and complemented by other participating developers.

excelmicro is a good style guide with an existing tslint.json that is based off the Airbnb JS Style Guide. The only thing that I would personally want to change is setting interface-name to true. But that's just a personal thing from me being a .Net dev and not required.

Good recommendation, I really enjoyed working with the Airbnb Guide so far. It's a low effort approach allowing to code way prettier than without linting at all.

The interface-name rule on true works fine for me too, coming from different coding backgrounds too. Classes and interfaces should just start with capital letters 🙃
