Better voice speed control

Have a slider for voice speed in 0.1 increments like the slider in the FastKoko web app bundled with Kokoro-FastAPI.
Or allow for free-form numerical input of the voice speed.

0.25 incremental steps for controlling the voice speed is not fine-grained enough. For example, some voices are improved by speeding up or slowing down by 0.1, but slowing down by 0.25 is too much.
