Theoretically, we could hit a time api like...

• https://timeapi.io/api/Time/current/zone?timeZone=UTC
• https://worldtimeapi.org/api/timezone/Etc/UTC

And use the Date returned in the response header to see how inaccurate the response time is from the actual time.
