Too frequent CPU consumption

Delphi Tokyo (maybe previous too) often occupies a lot of CPU, lately I noticed that it is doing RFindUnit.
From time to time it starts parsing (probably) the sources and it takes a long time, partially blocking the IDE. Please check this.
