Does not work anymore due to Google Photos change

Recently Google photos change the way API works. The scpoes.

Old programs stopped working because the old scopes are not being accepted.
This program uses a quite old version of gphotos-uploader-cli. Newer versions are already using the new scopes.

Could you, please, update gphotos-uploader-cli to the new version ?
I was trying to create a docker container but I'm noobie on that, the container keeps stopping.
