00:54:22 usb5 Arduino is taking longer than expected, sending it a new job (errorCounter > 5: Empty data)

Started getting this issue this evening. Changed my Arduinos around, changed their port in Device manager and physical port connection too, still happening. Changes which one it is each time too so don't think its hardware. I've had 4 running for 3 days now with no issue.
