API parameter strict_custom_vocabulary is not supported

The RevAI api docs detail an important parameter called [`strict_custom_vocabulary`](https://docs.rev.ai/api/asynchronous/reference/#operation/SubmitTranscriptionJob!ct=application/json&path=strict_custom_vocabulary&t=request)

However, the Python SDK doesn't seem to include support for this named parameter.
