React 19 Support

Hi team — would you consider adding support for React 19 in @reservoir0x/relay-kit-hooks? The current peerDependencies lock to ^18.0, which causes install issues in projects using React 19.x.

Hi, we'll need to look into this. There are a lot of changes in React 19 that may break our app. We'll add this to our roadmap.
