Many digital voices recordings are not fully well done . Mostly the Ssss and fffff sounds are over amplified by the mics and digital sound treatment.
A digital tool exist to reduce this problem: a deEsser.
it’s usually used in recording studios or stage venues.
May it will be interesting to include it to the mdp player features … if workable of course !
