rAudio 20250420: Two regressions (library settings, nested webradio directories) still present #1924

The two regressions recently reported (#1885 (comment)) are still present:

Changing library settings not possible: The OK-Button remains grayed-out.
Webradios present in subdirectories are not displayed.
