Feature Request: Support <filename>.lrc lyric files local to audio files

This is a follow-on for Discussion: #1277 (I didn't want to necro-bump) but focused on discovering already present <filename>.lrc files, instead of downloading from a website.

I had a quick look through the code and I think the points that need changes are:

• https://github.com/rern/rAudio/blob/cd56b06a696a08b7532281180da5978812b77bcb/srv/http/bash/cmd.sh#L448C1-L482C4 - separate if block to check the filesystem before getting lyrics from the configured URL in settings.

  - Update the Settings to highlight that local .lrc files will be scrapped first (docs update), or some toggle to decide primary source of lyrics.

This would be helpful for people who already have local .lrc lyric files.

A follow-on request, would it be possible to have a setting so that lyrics can be set to always displayed?
