in the directory tree folder node modules

I tried to make a backup of the wiki and at that moment some bug occurred, it partially wrote an error to me on the page but I didn’t have time to look at it completely (there was part of the code or json or html), after this bug a node_modules folder appeared in my tree of folders and pages, which was indexed in the DB and now I have a search for it all ((
How can I fix this other than a complete reinstallation?
wiki is installed in docker latest version
