What is the quick way to migrate Specflow+runner tests to Reqnroll

Hi,

We have a our framework developed with the Specflow and to run those tests we used Specflow+Runner(Specrun) packages. Could you please help us with the guide on how to migrate with specflow. As currently Specrun is asking to activate our accounts but their activation service is stopped. (403)
