How might I go about profiling a Reqnroll project? It looks like the Visual Studio performance profiler doesn't pick up the tests properly:
Is there a way to do this? Specifically, the project uses Selenium and has a lot of Thread.Sleep()s which would probably be better replaced with a smart wait and timeout, and I'd like to find which ones are used most often to know where the best gains from optimization would be.
