scenario outline examples sets can't be tagged after migration from specflow

In spec flow I use tags on example sets to run specific type of data from command line and in pipelines. Now It can't find that tests if is use it in the way as before. Usage is describe in pic below (it is copied form Stack).

Try setting "allowRowTests" : false in the reqnroll.json config file.

Which test framework are you using?
Now that I look at this more, the tags applied to each Examples section should be added to each test row generated regardless of whether using rowTests or not.
Can you share the code behind generated for your feature?
