Include Rule in hooks context(s)

I would like the ability to access the rule name or title in hooks to better organize my features.

Would an optional property on ScenarioInfo be sufficient, since it already has access to the rule tags? Or would introducing a new RuleContext be necessary?

Absolutely for this. I would make a RuleInfo that contains the rule name, description and tags, and add a RuleInfo property to the ScenarioContext to be able to access it.
Would you be up to make a PR for this?

@gasparnagy Should the ScenarioContext.RuleInfo property be null if there is no rule or should it be populated with an "empty object" (Title is null)?

Good question. I would keep it null for now, but we can reconsider this before finalizing it.
