Enhance Netlify Deployment Guide Flexibility

The current Netlify deployment guide for the dashboard is somewhat static and only provides a script that sets up the Java 11 environment. While the script works out of the box, it lacks detailed explanations of each step. This may leave users unsure about the functionality behind each command and how they might need to modify the script for their own projects or unique requirements. Hence, it will be better if more concise comments can be added to explain what each command does and highlight parts that can be modified.
