A plugin to disable specific emotes from showing up in suggestions.

As the title suggests, just a plugin to make it so emotes defined by the user don't get recommended in chat.
This is mainly useful for preventing accidentally sending the wrong emote when multiple emotes start with the same 3-4 letters.
