Command/stores or/storeadmin

Hello, my problem is that when I make one of the following orders ( /stores or/storeadmin ) nothing happens, and therefore nothing opens. So it’s problematic because I can’t handle anything myself egt so the players are free to do what they want without supervision from me. Do you have any idea where this might come from? Tell me if you want more details or error message, thanks
