Add support for SDKMAN!s .sdkmanrc file

Similar to ASDF, SDKMAN! supports setting per-project candidate versions via a file called .sdkmanrc.

The format of the file is similar to Java properties, i.e.

# this is a comment
java=22.3.r19-grl

where the key is the candidate and the value the concrete version. It would be amazing if renovate would support updating those versions.

Are you sure that there is no need for a specific data source?
I mean, there are so many SDKs (see https://sdkman.io/sdks) and I'm not sure if it's possible to detect updates to any of these from other data sources.

However, most people only use Java and a build tool (Gradle, Maven, or SBT) in their .sdkmanrc file. It might be enough to support just Java and the build tools (Gradle, Maven, SBT) in the first step.

I’d love to see sdkman support, but I think that, contrary to what the questionnaire says, there is a need for constraints:

I would expect renovate to stay within the specified distribution (indicated by the -<distribution> suffix) of Java. If, for example, I’m on 22.0.1-open, I wouldn’t want Renovate to upgrade me to 22.0.2-amzn. I’m not sure whether there is some use case for taking the latest version across distributions, I doubt it. The default should undoubtedly be to stay within the distribution.

Yes, some other kind of constraint, provide details: Renovate should respect the distribution indicated by a suffix that starts with -. Renovate should only propose updates from the same distribution.

That's a little different to "constraints" in typical Renovate terminology. We instead refer to that as compatibility. For example in Docker we don't support constraints (e.g. ^1.0.0-alpine) but we do ensure that we only update to -alpine suffixes.

Sorry, I did not find the time, particularly because many of the question have no good fit for a meta package manager and need some more explanations and thoughts.

In the sole project, I use the two customManagers from above work. The only “problem” is that they may update the .sdkmanrc before the release is recognized there because they use the original data source and there may be some delay between that source and their corresponding SDKman release.
