jarVersion attribute #2478
Description
Having jarVersion attribute of @command makes "--version" command handle easy,
it reads implementation-title and implementation-version(product-version) from JAR manifest file for the specified classes,
adds a picocli version at the bottom.
I've made such modification, ready to make a pull request if anyone interested
