Describe the bug
Attempting to upload an avatar, PNG or JPG, results in an endless spinner where the image should appear.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Upload an avatar in PNG or JPG format
Expected behavior
The uploaded avatar should appear in the UI wherever the user's avatar is displayed.
Actual behavior
A spinning placeholder or empty avatar is displayed.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Linux
- Browser: Firefox
