Issue Description
During a disaster situation there are many people work on different type of volunteer projects such as production or/and distribution, meals, cleaning, school books and stationer, health camp, teaching, counseling, etc
Project type should be either select from check-boxes or add a different one (if not listed)
- Operation from Multiple location (in different location/different districts) ~ center_id. For example, University of Jafna has several faculties/campus. So, they can operate from multiple locations. You should let user to add their locations. And it would be good if each location can maintain individual resources if possible. Initially you can start with a single location if needed.
- Stock handling (high priority)
- volunteers management (high priority)
- Location (high priority)
- Financial handling (low priority)
- Estimate resources required, with a recorder level (production rate is different)
- Current stock and predict stock with next 1 hour, 1day
- Production plant network
- Distribution network (who is distribution, where to distribution)
- Human resource (scheduling number of human resource required)
- time and date, calendar to select
- Name, Contact number
- Power generator, Water (use a checkbox)
Once you have prepared a meal, water, or stationery, you have to deliver them to a relief camp or else you need transport to collect your resources.
- Schedule transport (from each center)
- Free transport or Paid transport
- Owners Name, Contact Detail
- Vehicle Number
- Possible times (Calendar to select)
- Vehicle Location (district > ds > gn zones)
- Vehicle should be able to
- Collect by (who is collecting water and deliver water)
- Name, Contact number (multiple records), date-time
- Handover to
- Collect by (name, contact, location, date-time)
- How to find where users stay (camp or home)
- Keep track of renders
All funds in and out should be able to handle under financial module.
