Can we force dark mode?

Is it possible to force dark mode always and no light mode option given?

Admin. I see users have option to make it light even if default dark is enabled. I want to force it always be dark and either disable that function to go light mode or just ignore it and remain dark regardless if they choose light.

theme plugins can actually force the theme to be dark.
admins can hide the option using css/style, if you know how it works.
i see that at the moment styling that option can be cumbersome (but possible). I will make it easier by adding an id to each option in next release.
