from what I can understand, the FormidableError is a harmless error message that you should ignore.
I will see that it's not displayed in next version.

But I think it's harmless too, and should just go away if you reload the page.

About your iphone problem, my wife has no problem with her iphone on my HFS. What model do you have?

I can see from your screenshot that the content is a "bad" ZIP file. Bad just in the sense that it is surely not supposed to be displayed like that.
Are you trying to download a zip file?
Try to record a video, because it's very unclear what's happening there.
