It is OK with Tailscale-funnel, it works wery well with HFS3!

It was just to share my satisfaction with you.
I use tailscale for a long time now, funnel to me was one of THE missing feature of Tailscale, I am very happy to be able to use it!

My pixel 7 pro Firefox Android was the culprit at first attempt, in a second try using the following commands it was ok with Kiwi Browser and after that on Firefox. I guess my first test were using the bg command (only available to the connected nodes of the Tailscale network).
Only the funnel command (tailscale funnel xxx) where xxx is the local port you want to expose make it available on the internet.

So for my second try : I revert HFS3 to 127.0.0.1 port 80.

c:\Program Files\Tailscale>tailscale funnel 80
Available on the internet:

https://fdl-mn-ryz9mis.tailcxxxx.ts.net/
|-- proxy http://127.0.0.1:80

Press Ctrl+C to exit.

YES! It is exposed to internet to any client, including those without Tailscale installed on their machines!

Now I have to set 2 services one for HFS3 and the other for Tailscale funnel.

I know you're advicing NSSM which is excellent but the project was stopped in 2014 stable - 2017 pre-version.

Did you test Shawl ? https://github.com/mtkennerly/shawl
On the description it seems to have some advantages comparing to NSSM and it is still in dev...

i didn't, but i'd like to know if it can handle execution of npx -y hfs@latest.
i think i tried with nssm but failed.
