Multiple files selection & Save As

Decided to give this app a try, with default settings mostly. Learned how to download and upload a file, as well as how to download the whole folder as archive, but this isn't quite what I'm looking for... So I'd like to ask:

1. How do you use "selection" (checkbox) feature? I.e. I can select several files for download from server to mobile device, but what should I do after that to actually download them?
2. All downloaded files land in default android Download folder (which holds lots of stuff as it is). So I wonder: is there any way to choose destination folder? Say, such as "save as" feature in Windows?

1. after you select several files, you can use the "zip" button to download them as a single zip file. It's not very clear, i get it.
2. as a web app/page, i have no power over where the files are downloaded. That is totally up to the browser and how it is configured. What you can do is to right-click on the download link, and the "save link as" (in Chrome). The same applies to the zip button.

Thanks for answer! Not sure what's wrong with my Chrome (v137.0.7151.72), but it has no "Save Link As" option, just "Download Link" (which, once again, places file in default Download folder). Maybe it works in Chrome for Windows only? I mean, my server is running on Windows PC, but what I need HFS for is to use it to download/upload files from mobile devices...

Aha, I see! So basically there is no way to just select multiple files and make browser download them one by one, without necessity to zip/unzip them?

exactly, zip is the only way that always work.
Downloading a folder without zipping is not possible with a browser, it's a limit of the web.

If you are on mobile, your browser probably won't allow you to select where to download, but there's no way for HFS to bypass this limit.
