Customize the table of contents of the mapstories

The table of contents of the mapstories is a very good idea, but needs small adjustments:

• Revise the translations: e.g. for german: "Author" to "Autor", or for english "Aktualisiert am:" to "updated on"
• Change time specifications in: DD.MM.YYYY, HH:MM
• Fix update time specification. Always shows the creation date
• Remove the labeling of the table "Position" and "Title". Table be clear without labeling
• Set the size of the table and center the titles of each slide
