error in RTKQ catch is different type than in axios

Hi, I'm struggling to reach validation errors from BE:

I have api setup with our own wrapper over axios:

Here I call rtkq and apiResource directly (just for comparisson):

When I call this deleteVendor mutation and receive 400 with payload of {"error":{ ... }}

The err in rtkq mutation catch returns me a simple error object without ability to reach the payload:

The err from axios is actual network error with response:

What can I do to have access to error.response with RTKQ?
