Not recognizing reStructuredText syntax in v1.8.2 and PyCharm Professional 2019.3.3

Although the plugin marketplace says that reStructuredText is supported, every line of my .rst files are showing errors because none of the reStructuredText syntax is recognized. See the screenshot below as an example.
