MFA User management cannot be reached, despite the same authorizations.

Hello everyone,

I have the phenomenon that I can remove the user MFA with one account, but with a second account, which has exactly the same authorizations, I cannot open the corresponding menu.

The error message when I open MFA is “Login failed for user ‘’”.

Is there perhaps already a solution?

The affected user certainly doesn't have permission to connect to the MFA database if you're in SQL mode. Or, conversely, read ADDS.
Consider using the "superaccount" : Security
