Currently we have CodeLens support suggesting to Create and Delete a resource from a YAML-file being edited...

But this doesn't work if:

a K8s Resource is stored as a JSON file
a K8s Resource is opened from a cluster (neither as a YAML, nor as a JSON document)

Also it would be nice to provide context menu commands for K8s files in explorer tree to apply/delete K8s Resource to/from the current cluster
