Integration of External Hooks with Atlassian Bitbucket Datacenter #142

Hello,
We are trying to integrate the External-Hooks plugin or app with out Bitbucket datacenter. However, during the installation setup, we do not have post-receive and pre-receive script. I am not sure what should be in that file or what that does but our goal is to use this pluging/app to mirror our code from Bitbucket to Awscodecommit.
We would appreciate any assistance in terms of step by step installation guide so that once everything is tested, we can buy the license to the app. I can be reached on oluyomi.sunmonu@yahoo.com
