Support for RabbitMQ Streams (Stream Core and Stream Plugin)

It looks like Rebus does not support RabbitMQ Streams, either via the built-in Stream Core or the Stream Plugin.

Are there any plans to add support for this, or known reasons why it's not currently supported?
