Any tips for using with auto-py-to-exe?

I have been able to successfully download and serve a matterport tour locally on my machine. However, I have not had any success with packaging the tour using the auto-py-to-exe script.

I know this is more of an issue with troubleshooting auto-py-to-exe, but wasn't sure if anyone has had success with this specific use case. I've seen the blurb in the README about using this tool, but I haven't wrapped my head around it yet.

Any help or comments on experience using the tool would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
