API too slow

The proxy link already preset is too slow and the application is getting timeout error even with higher seconds. Kindly look into the code.

When i try to fetch the same content again. It take less time (caching).

It is taking 6.24 seconds to load the content. I mean it would be the proxy that is causing this issue. Otherwise the code itself is working fast.
