Fix soft 404

Hi! Yeah, that's just an example of that the 404 page that exists.

If you hit a page that doesn't exist, like https://sphinx-notfound-page.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notfound you will get a 404 status code.

Yeah, but according to Google, 404 pages should also return a 404.
Edit: maybe this is something readthedocs should fix?
