Add the start and end time to match fixtures

The start and end time of a fixture is required on the Match object.

This is required by the webcal process

Perhaps you could start with assuming the end time was 2359 and add end times later on? That way we could get most of a really cool feature earlier and improve it later?

It's actually not a particularly simple thing to achieve... The fixture details do not contain the information so the only way this could be worked out would be by comparing the match day of the week with the club details, which is the only place this data is available. Assuming they are playing on a standard night (not guaranteed) you could work out the finish time.
