Refactor/cleanup code

From the initial version to the current version, the code got more complex. A refactoring/code cleanup should be done before releasing version 1.0. The refactoring may include:

• create a class for column metadata to reduce the complexity of the TableSchema class
• use clownface and remove the RdfUtils
